I am committed to customer satisfaction and really want you to love your starionery. If you are unsatisfied with your stationery, please contact me. I’ll do my best to work with you on a solution. If an error occurred on my end, I sincerely apologize and will make every effort to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

ACCEPTABLE RETURNS
Returns on items that are blank, non-personalized, and non-customized are accepted within 7 business days of delivery of your stationery as long as it is in new and unused condition. Please contact me prior to returning. The Client is responsible for shipping fees. Once your return is received in the appropriate condition, your refund minus the shipping fee will be processed.

UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to errors that were approved by the Client. I make every effort to review and proof all orders but final proofing is ultimately the responsibility of the Client. If you find an error on your stationery, please contact me as soon as possible. I offer a discounted reprint for errors approved by the Client. Standard processing and shipping times apply.

    • PRINTED STATIONERY DOES NOT MATCH PROOF

    Once approved, stationery will print as shown in the final proof(s). If your printed stationery does not match your approved proof(s), please contact me immediately and I will reprint the erroneous stationery for free.
