ORDER PROCESS

SEMI-CUSTOM DESIGNS

For printed semi-custom designs:

    1. PERSONALIZE – Fill out the required information on the product/listing page to personalize a design. Select any available options such as cardstock and envelope color.
    2. ADD TO CART – Select the quantity you need. Add the product/listing to your cart. Please note that the minimum quantity required for printed invitations is 25 and in increments of 25. A quantity of 1 is a total of 25 invitations; a quantity of 2 is a total of 50 invitations, and so forth.
    3. CHECKOUT – Complete your order to ensure your place in my production schedule.
    4. PROOF – A personalized digital PDF proof will be emailed for your review within 2 business days.
    5. REVISION(S) – You are entitled to THREE complimentary rounds of revisions. The first round is based off of the original design, wording, and additional requests submitted in your order. The remaining two rounds are for revisions. Wording, colors, and minor layout adjustments can be requested.
    6. APPROVAL – Once you’re satisfied with your final proof, you will give your approval to print.
    7. PRINT/PRODUCTION – Your order will go into the printing and production phase.
    8. SHIPPING – Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped via USPS Priority Mail

For digital semi-custom designs:

    1. PERSONALIZE – Fill out the required information on the product/listing page to personalize a design.
    2. ADD TO CART – Add the product/listing to your cart.
    3. CHECKOUT – Complete your order to ensure your place in my production schedule.
    4. PROOF – A personalized digital PDF proof will be emailed for your review within 2 business days.
    5. REVISION(S) – You are entitled to THREE complimentary rounds of revisions. The first round is based off of the original design, wording, and additional requests submitted in your order. The remaining two rounds are for revisions. Wording, colors, and minor layout adjustments can be requested.
    6. APPROVAL – Once you’re satisfied with your final proof, you will give your approval via email.
    7. DELIVERY – Your digital PDF invitation will be emailed to you.

 
CUSTOM DESIGNS

    1. CONSULT
      Complete the custom design form to book a consultation. I offer a complimentary in-person consultation or email consultation to help with the design process. In-person consultations are offered to Hawaii clients only and we will meet at a location convenient for both of us (e.g., coffee shop). A consultation typically lasts about an hour. Email consultations involve exchange in emails. This helps me to get a sense of your design needs. We can also discuss any questions that either of us has.
    1. REVIEW PROPOSAL
      Once we have determined your design needs, I will create a complimentary proposal, which I will send to you within 2 business days. The proposal is effective for 3 business days after it is presented to you. If you do not execute the proposal within the time identified, the proposal, together with any related terms and conditions and deliverable, may be subject to amendment, change or substitution.
    1. DEPOSIT
      After reviewing and accepting your proposal, you will submit your deposit. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before design and production can begin. Deposits are non-refundable on the basis that I may turn other clients down to ensure your place in my production schedule. Your deposit will go towards your order total. I accept secured payments via credit/debit card, Venmo, or Paypal.
    1. REVIEW DESIGN PROOF(S)
      Upon receiving your deposit, I will design digital proof(s) of initial concepts of your design needs. Digital proof(s) will be emailed to you. This is your chance to review the proof(s) and provide any revisions. You are entitled to THREE complimentary rounds of revisions. The first round is based off of the original design, wording, and additional requests submitted in your order. The remaining two rounds are for revisions. Wording, colors, and minor layout adjustments can be requested. One design switch is allowed during the proofing process and will count as one round of revision. Any additional revision request beyond the three complimentary rounds is subject to a $25 design fee per round. An additional design switch is subject to a $75 design fee. These design fees are due to the extra design time involved.
    1. APPROVE FINAL DESIGN(S)
      Once your proof(s) are approved, you must submit a final payment of your remaining balance. Your remaining balance is due prior to production. Once I receive the remaining balance, your designs will then go into printing and production.
    1. SHIPPING
      Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
