RETURN POLICY

I am committed to customer satisfaction and really want you to love your stationery. If you are unsatisfied with your stationery, please contact me. I'll do my best to work with you on a solution. If an error occurred on my end, I sincerely apologize and will make every effort to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

ACCEPTABLE RETURNS

Returns on items that are blank, non-personalized, and non-customized are accepted within 7 business days of delivery of your stationery, as long as it is in new and unused condition. Please contact me prior to returning. The Client is responsible for shipping fees. Once your return is received in the appropriate condition, your refund minus the shipping fee will be processed.

UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS

    • CUSTOM STATIONERY
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for custom digital/printed stationery due to the nature of personalization and customization. These items are created on a per order basis and cannot be resold. Custom digital/printed stationery includes, but is not limited to, save the dates, insert cards, envelopes, enclosures, programs, menus, table numbers, place cards, and thank you cards.

    • CLIENT APPROVED ERRORS
Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to errors that were approved by the Client. I make every effort to review and proof all orders but final proofing is ultimately the responsibility of the Client. If you find an error on your stationery, please contact me. I offer a discounted reprint for errors approved by the Client. Standard processing and shipping times apply.

    • PRINTED STATIONERY DOES NOT MATCH PROOF
Once approved, stationery will print as shown in the final proof. If your printed stationery does not match your approved proof, please contact me immediately and I will reprint the erroneous stationery for free.

CANCELLATIONS

Please contact me to check if your order is eligible for cancellation. The Client is responsible for cancellation fees.

  • If you decide to cancel your custom order after receiving your custom proof, the fee is 25% of your deposit or $100 (design costs), whichever is greater. This is due to the time spent designing your custom proof.
  • If you decide to cancel your order after giving your approval to print, please contact me immediately. If your order did not begin the printing process, I may be able to cancel it and you will be refunded minus the design costs.
  • If your order is in the middle of the printing process, I may be able to stop and recover some of the costs for a partial refund minus the design costs.
  • If your order has completed the printing process, your order is not eligble for cancellation, return, or refund.
